Scalar Waves: A Globally Destabilizing Force
Executive Summary
1. The work of Nikola Tesla as early as 1894 drew attention to the potentially powerful qualities of scalar wave energy where building upon the work of Maxwell’s equations he argued that his ‘radiant energy beam’ included a bottomless reservoir of unlimited energy.
2. Scalar waves form a non-local potential energy that can carry information through the time dimension. They do not decay over time and distance and they travel 1.5 times faster than the speed of light.
3. Conventional efforts to shield infrastructure and power grid systems against traditional electromagnetic radiation will not work against scalar waves as there is no magnetic field. Scalar waves also carry up to 100 times more energy than electromagnetic waves.
4. Sustained research on scalar wave energy inside China, and likely cooperative scientific ventures with the Soviet Union (and subsequently Russia) go back at least into the mid-1980s where sustained interest in the issue far exceeded parallel interest among many Western scientists.
5. It appears the Tesla-inspired scalar wave research may have been discarded or abandoned in American laboratories during this same period on the grounds of being impractical or too expensive.
6. Soviet Premier Brezhnev may have referred to scalar wave weapons in 1975 when the Soviet side at the Strategic Arms Limitation (SALT) negotiations suddenly suggested limiting the development of new weapons ‘more frightening than the mind of man had imagined’.
7. One such weapon is the Tesla howitzer that was developed at the Saryshagan missile range and is considered by some experts as either a high-energy laser or a particle beam weapon.
8. In January 2024, researchers at the Southeast University in Nanjing China revealed the design of their new generation electronic warfare (EW) weapon. Unlike other EW weapons known so far, this weapon can allegedly launch multiple beams of electromagnetic waves from a single antenna and target multiple objects simultaneously.
9. Scalar waves represent a new non-kinetic weapon derived from Tesla wave studies with longitudinal waves/unlimited distance effects. This weapon is a non-Hertzian wave and is a massive electromagnetic disrupter with power grids shutdown capability for which zero current defensive measures exist.
